Peanut Maisoor
Ingredients
Crushed roasted peanut-1 cup
Sugar- ¾ cup
Ghee- 1-1/2 cup
Cardamom powder- 1 tsp
Method
1. Desolve sugar with ¾ cup water. Bring to boil for 5-6 min.
2. Heat ½ cup ghee in another pan. Add crushed peanut. Raost for 5 min. on medium heat.
3. Sprinkle 3 tbsp milk over peanut mixture. add sugar syrup into peanut mixture.Stir constantly for 1 min.
4. Finally add ghee & stir it for 1 -2 min.Transfer into Greece plate.let it cool.
5. Cut into diamond shape. Stroe in airtight container.
